<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
<br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of October,

<br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Legislature, during the 1997 Session, passed a special
<br />law, Chapter 56, relating to legal newspapers; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require the local unit of government to approve a special law;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville
<br />approves the attached Chapter 56 of the Laws of 1997 relating to legal newspapers.
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member
<br />Mastel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None.
<br />
<br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
