j. Each site shall have a certificate of insurance with the Minnesota Risk <br /> Management Division for liability; and <br /> k. The INTERIM USE approval shall expire at 11:59 p.m. of September 30, 2016. <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, that duly authorized <br /> representatives of Minnesota State Fair and the nine park and ride locations shall sign the form <br /> attached to this resolution to acknowledge that each has received, reviewed, and understood the <br /> terms and conditions of the approval and agrees to abide by said terms and conditions prior to use <br /> of the corresponding site as an approved park and ride facility. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus; <br /> Pust; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe; <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 3 of 14 <br />
