EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of July 2012, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust, McGehee, Roe, Willmus, Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION# 10990 RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S REAPPOINTMENT OF DEAN MASHKA TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, Dean Maschka is ending his first full term as a Board Member for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville (HRA), and WHEREAS, Mr. Maschka has been a valuable contributor to the growth and development of the HRA especially focusing on multi-family housing needs in the community, and WHEREAS, MR. Maschka is currently serving as the Chair of the HRA, and WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the reappointment to the HRA board of resident Dean Maschka with a term expiring on September 23, 2015 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that the City Council approves the Mayor's appointment of Dean Maschka to the Roseville HRA Board. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by: Councilmember Willmus and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, McGehee, Willmus, Johnson The following abstained: Roe The following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
