As the Twin Lakes area is <br />redeveloped, Twin Lakes Parkway is expected to be extended to the east to provide an <br />additional east-west connection between Cleveland Avenue N (CSAH 46) and Fairview <br />Avenue N (CSAH 48). Slight differences in the project trip distribution for 2013 and <br />Figures 78 <br />2030 are due to this network change, and are shown inand, respectively. <br />Figures 9 10 <br />Estimated project trips, shown inand, were added to 2013 and 2030 no <br />Figures 11 <br />build traffic conditions, along with corrections for pass-by trips, as shown in <br /> 12Figures 13 14 <br />and.
