City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1428 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE 3 , SECTION 302 <br /> Liquor Control <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title 3 , Section 302 of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> 302.02: LICENSE REQUIRED: <br /> In addition to the other requirements of state law or this chapter, the following regulations are <br /> applicable to off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses: <br /> B. Types of Licenses: <br /> 1. Intoxicating liquor licenses shall be of six seven kinds: On-sale, On-Sale Wine, On-Sale Brewer <br /> Taprooms Club, Special Sunday, Off-sale, and Off-sale Brewery. <br /> Subdivision F would be amended to read as: <br /> F. On-sale Brewer Taproom License: On-sale brewer tap room liquor licenses shall permit the <br /> licensee to sell intoxicating malt liquor that has been produced for consumption on the premises in <br /> accordance with MN Statutes 340A.301, subdivision 6(b). The license shall be exempt from any <br /> accompanying sale of food requirements contained in other on-sale license categories. <br /> On-sale Brewer Taproom liquor licenses shall include the following restrictions: <br /> 1. The Requirements of section 302.10 shall apply to the closing time of Brewery Taprooms as <br /> established in this chapter. <br /> All other subdivisions of 302.02 beginning with subdivision G (formerly subdivision F) are re-indexed <br /> accordingly. <br /> 302.09: HOURS OF SALE: <br /> The hours for the sale of intoxicating or non-intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises shall <br /> be those allowed under Minnesota Statute §340A.504. On-sale brewer taprooms shall be limited to the <br /> hours of 8am— 10pm, Sunday through Saturday. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
