AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH OPUS NORTHWEST, L.L.C., INCLUDING AN AGREEMENT TO COMBINE LOT 3 AND LOT 4, BLOCK 2, GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK INTO ONE BUILDABLE LOT RESOLVED: The Subdivision Development Agreement (and an Agreement to Combine Lot 3, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, and Lot 4, Block 2, Gateway Business Park into one buildable lot) with Opus Northwest, L.L.C. is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign them on behalf of the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Wall, goedeke and the following voted against the same None: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
