Introduction /Call Roll <br /> Chair Jan Vanderwall called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. <br /> Members Present: Chair Jan Vanderwall; and Members Joan Felice; Steve <br /> Gjerdingen; Jim DeBenedet; with Member Dwayne <br /> Stenlund arriving at approximately 7:40 p.m. <br /> Staff Present: City Engineer Debra Bloom; with Chair Vanderwall noting <br /> that Public Works Director Duane Schwartz was attending <br /> a joint meeting of School District No. 621 and the <br /> Roseville City Council meeting at this same time. <br /> Others Present: Ron Leaf, Sr. Water Resources Engineer and Rebecca <br /> Nestingen, PE, Water Resources Engineer with S. E. H. <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 3. Approval of April 24, 2012 and May 22, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br /> Member Gjerdingen moved, Member Felice seconded, approval of the April 24, <br /> 2012, meeting as presented. <br /> Ayes: 3 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Abstentions: 1 (DeBenedet) <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Member DeBenedet moved, Member Felice seconded, approval of the May 22, <br /> 2012, meeting as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • Page 2, Line 42: Correct Title of Member DeBenedet(no longer Chair) and <br /> identify his comments as related to County Road "C-2" (DeBenedet) <br /> Page 1 of 18 <br />
