<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 24th day of November, <br />1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall <br />and the following members were absent: Wiski. <br /> <br />Council Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9489 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF TERRACE DRIVE <br />DEDICATED ON THE PLAT OF <br />KROISS LAKEVIEW SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after due notice, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />November 12,1997, to determine whether or not a portion of the Terrace Drive right-of-way <br />in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended vacation of that portion of <br />Terrace Drive adjacent to Lots 17 and 18, Block 5, Kroiss Lakeview Second Addition (797 <br />Terrace Drive and 801 Terrace Drive); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation on Monday, November 24,1997, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> <br />1. This portion of the Terrace Drive right-of-way, which is adjacent to Lots 17 <br />and 18, Block 5, was dedicated on the plat of Kroiss Lakeview Second <br />Addition in 1966. <br /> <br />2. The realignment of the curb and gutter in this location during the City's mill <br />and overlay project (P-97 -06) eliminated the need for the additional right-of- <br />way previously occupied by the bulb. <br /> <br />Resolution 9489 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
