It
would be as easy to blame those of us in the audience as David fld have produced better results.
3) Keep bringing David Schultz back.
4) I like the history of ethics in Roseville from Craig Klausing. I also liked the question/answer format Davi
guidelines for application of ethics as a public servant.
5) More clarity in David Schultz presentation-too repetitive
6) I love the theoretical game that Professor Schultz plays - it is intellectually interesting. On the other hand we learned f
codes. I think I would bring him back as much as possible but ma electronic communication - now let's run through
some hypothetical situations and see how they would work with th-4 areas of the code that seem good to cover at this level and go
makes the training directly relevant to the audience and yet still will have some of the free-form discussion that makes the training more interesting than a
simple reading of the code. You could even pre-test people on some theoretical situations involving the codes tnonymous
quizzes each person takes and keeps to reduce fear). This raisessee what the experts think about the
theoretical situations. Oh, and 2 and a half hours of non-concrete presentation is a lot to ask of people. I think 1 and a half to 2 hours should be
enough to get a lot of learning and actually keep people engaged
7) This should be an hour and a half at the most. I like Prof Scnformation.
8) It was well done. Good intro from former Mayor Klausing; Keepon with audience; thought
provoking, etc. was very helpful
9) It was about an hour to an hour and 1/2 longer than it n
worked all day. If most are staff we should have it during the w
10) I wish Dr. Schultz had gone directly to the heart of the sub to cover the "meat" of his presentation in the last 15 minutes.
much time trying to engage the audience with questions about "whaterial, same handout, same
delivery. Thank you for the buffet prior to the meeting. That was very nice and greatly a
