EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of December, 1997 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9490 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR MENDOTA HOMES, INC. REQUEST FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT COUNTY ROAD C2 AND HIGHWA Y 88 WHEREAS, Mendota Homes, Inc. has requested a concept development plan approval for a planned unit development at the intersection of County Road C2 and Highway 88 (PF2891); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on this request on December 10,1997; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has scheduled hearings on the City's 1998 budget for Council meetings in December; and WHEREAS, the request of Mendota Homes, Inc. will not be submitted to the City Council for action until January 12, 1998. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Mendota Homes, Inc. request for concept development plan approval for a planned unit development at the intersection of County Road C2 and Highway 88, be extended for 60 days, from January 9. 1998. to March 9. 1998. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, Wall and the following voted against the same: None Resolution 9490 - Page 1 of 2
