NOTICE TO BIDDERS ROSEVILLE FIRE STATION PROJECT Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of The City of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesgjg,,,, 55113, Attention: City Manager, On Tuesday,August 7, 2012, until 2:00 P.M., at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud to provide complete bids for the following Contracts: 3100 Earthwork/Utilities Re-bid Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Mark the outside of the envelope Bid Package__#_4 - Roseville Fire Station, include the Contract Number and Description. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check. or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount submitted. Bid security shall be payable to the City of Roseville without conditions. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday.,AeulY 31, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., at the Roseville City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113. Bidding Documents will be available on or after Thursday_July 19 221__2.. Hardcopy bidding documents will be available for a refundable deposit of $75. Electronic bidding documents including addenda can be downloaded at no cost from the Project Plan Room Website setup by CNH Architects. Plan Holders may be notified via email as addenda are issued but are responsible to check the website for ali addenda prior to submitting a bid Parties that download the bidding documents and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs. Parties downloading bidding documents from other sources(such as builder exchanges) may contact Bossardt Corporation to be added to the Plan Holders List but will need to obtain addenda from their original source unless the party specifically request access to the Project Plan Room Website.
