CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of üecember, ;997 at 6:3û P.M. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.9491 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR PÂ TRiCiÂ HÂL VERSûN (NiPS, iNC.j REQUEST FOR A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT A T 2075 SNELLING A VENUE NORTH \NHEREAS, Patricia Halverson (NiPS, inc.) has requested a comprehensive pian amendment to change the designation of a .54 acre portion of a parcel from Business to Medium Density Residential at 2075 Snelling Avenue North (PF2958); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on this request on December 10, 1997; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has scheduled hearings on the City's 1998 budget for Council meetings in December; and WHEREAS, the request of Patricia Halverson (NIPS, Inc.) will not be submitted to the City Council for action until January 12, 1998. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Patricia Halverson (NIPS, Inc.) for a comprehensive plan amendment to change the designation of a .54 acre portion of a parcel from Business to Medium Density Residential at 2075 Snelling Avenue North, be extended for 60 days, from Januarv 12. 1998. to March 12. 199B. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, Wall and the following voted against the same: None Resolution 9491 - Page 1 of 2
