<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of December, <br />1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9494 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into a Sub-grant <br />Agreement with the Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of <br />Public Safety for the program entitled Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1187 -DR- <br />MINNESOTA; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized <br />to execute and sign such Sub-grant Agreements and amendments as are necessary to <br />implement the project on behalf of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
