Approve Cobalt Settlement <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, approve the Cobalt REIT II, <br /> et al Settlement Agreement (Exhibit B) as presented; amended <br /> by City Attorney Gaughan to authorize the City Attorney's Office <br />
