Mr. Ding earned a Master’s degree in Information Systems and an <br />School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has <br />been part of the Vision Internet team since 1999. <br />Roles Served: Product Management, Consulting, Project Management <br />Architecture, and Programming. <br />JV–SD <br />OHN U ENIOR EVELOPER <br />Mr. Vu is a truly exceptional programmer and serves as the primary developer of our content <br />management and e-procurement systems plus developed many of our most advanced and <br />innovative interactive components. Projects include sites for the City of College Station, City of <br />Diamond Bar, City of Evansville, Dallas County Community Colleges, Greenbrier Convention <br />and Visitors’ Bureau, and many others. <br />Mr. Vu specializes in Visual Studio, .Net languages, and Microsoft Content Management Server. <br />He can be found in the office day and night developing his lates <br />of languages including ASP, ASP.NET, C#, C++, SQL/Transact-SQL, and MySQL. He is also an <br />expert in JavaScript (both server and client), VBScript, HTML, XHTML, DHTML/CSS, Visual Basic <br />(COM), and XML. <br />Mr. Vu earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. <br />Roles Served: Programming and System Design. <br />GL–D <br />ABRIELA IFSHITZ ESIGNER <br />Mrs. Lifshitz is a highly creative designer that brings a unique eye to the Vision Internet team. <br />Her intuitive understanding of design balance has helped her to <br />of websites from chaotic to cohesive. She has created and refine <br />clients such as the Boone County, IA; Burbank Unified School Dis <br />Newton, KS. She is currently working on projects for the City of Bartow, FL; Odessa Police <br />Department, TX; Imperial Irrigation, CA; Dorchester County, SC; <br />Club, PA; City of Rosenberg, TX; and Sweetwater Authority, CA. <br />Mrs. Lifshitz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City. <br />Roles Served: Graphic Design. <br />C–D <br />N <br />ATALIA UDLIP ESIGNER <br />Mrs. Cudlip brings a fresh perspective to government design.
