Vision e-Procurement System <br />The Vision e-Procurement System is an advanced application with the tools you need to <br />manage the bidding process. It includes tools for supervising ve <br />and answers, posting bid opportunities, and accepting online bids. The tool also features: <br />Vendor registration and management tools <br />Bid opportunity posting <br />Online bidding, including uploading and encryption of proposals <br />Automated tabulation <br />e-Notification of bid opportunities, addendums, and answers to q <br />Q&A management <br />Multi-agency support <br />With the Vision e-Procurement System, you will save staff time, secure better pricing, and <br />reduce vendor challenges because of the automatic enforcement of <br />practices. <br />Please note that the City will receive: <br />5 <br />One year of included phone and email support services with free updates to the system <br />One day of website set-up and configuration to ensure compatibil <br />Procurement System <br />Data import from any pre-existing lists or systems, including vendor profiles and <br />6 <br />commodity information <br />Up to four hours of training via WebEx (remote) conference <br />A user guide with details of the system <br />Please note that the City can choose to host the e-Procurement S <br />party at no additional cost to you. However, we provide exceptional hosting services and can <br />host the e-Procurement System for $150 a month. <br /> <br /> <br />5 <br /> Based upon our Standard Implementation of website set-up and co <br />alternations to the included code. After the first year of inclu <br />can provide further maintenance for the e-Procurement System. The yearly cost for this after the <br />first year is $3,420. <br />6 <br /> The City will be responsible for providing this information in Excel format.
