<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the fifteenth day of December, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Mayor Wall arrived at 7:20 p.m. <br />and the following were absent: Mastel. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and Goedeke moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9496 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, 1996 CITY CONTRACT A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 22, 1996, T.A. Schifsky & Sons <br />of North S1. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1996 <br />Contract A, street reconstruction in Neighborhoods 14, 16,37, Acorn Park improvements and Bennett <br />Lake storm sewer. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the <br />final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Goedeke, Maschka and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />) <br />) SS <br />) <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certifY that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day of December, 1997, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 15th day of December, 1997. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />~ <br />
