The Programming Committee would schedule readings, meetings, <br />facilitators, and advertisements for the community. Motion prevailed unanimously. <br />Announcements <br />Chair Grefenberg asked commissioners to remain after the meeting so that the committees could set <br />their next meeting dates. <br />Commissioner Singleton offered congratulations to Executive Assistant Margaret Driscoll who had <br />recently retired. He noted that she had worked for the City for 22 years and expressed his <br />appreciation for her good work. Chair Grefenberg added that he was sure Commissioner Singleton <br />was speaking for the whole commission. <br />Commissioner Brisbois announced that she no longer had the time to participate in the Program <br />Planning Committee, and resigned from that committee. <br />Adjournment <br />Commissioner Brisbois moved and Commissioner Singleton seconded motion for the meeting to <br />adjourn. Motioned prevailed unanimously. <br />
