Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9497 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1997 RECYCLING FEE WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is dedicated to providing residents curbside recycling; and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Ordinance No. 1098 which authorizes the Council to establish a fee for the collection of curbside recyclables; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby establish a recycling fee of $1.64 per household per month which shall be paid by all single family, duplex, triplex, four pie x, and townhouse unit properties in the City of Roseville beginning January 1, 1998. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this fee shall be included on the City's quarterly utility statements.
