Ms. Kelsey advised that, at that time, staff would bring forward possible next steps <br />2 <br />and if and how the HRA wished to proceed with an offer on the property. <br />3 <br />4 <br />At the request of Member Masche, Ms. Kelsey reviewed the City’s current understanding with <br />5 <br />the property owner; and noted that much of what may happen at that site was dependent on the <br />6 <br />City Council’s plans for the city-owned site adjacent to it, as well as funding considerations. <br />7 <br />8 <br />10.
