Training/Conferences for Board Members: $1,000 has been set aside to pay <br />for RHRA Board members to attend seminars and conferences. ($1,000) <br />Other Services and Charges reflect the amount that the RHRA pays for phone <br />landline, supplies, software, meeting materials and membership <br />subscriptions. ($2,500) <br />In 2013, the following program will be new: <br />Housing Replacement Program reflects a budget of $200,000 a year in order <br />for the HRA to buy code deficient homes to demolish and make the lot <br />available for new construction. ($200,000) <br />The RHRA Comprehensive Market Study that was completed in 2009 should <br />be updated as the RHRA undertakes the redevelopment of the Dale Street <br />Fire Station 2013-2017 ($18,000) <br />The RHRA should undertake a community engagement process in 2013 to <br />develop objectives related to commercial viability of what Roseville can <br />attract for commercial development. This process would include residents <br />and commercial owners in Roseville. ($30,000) <br />Outreach to existing businesses to engage them in roundtable discussions <br />related to what their needs are, as well as updating our database and doing <br />newsletters.
