<br />RESOLUTION A.MENDING ASSESSMENT FOR
<br />ROSEVILLE IMPROVEMENT NO. P-96-06-24
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota as follows:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on September 22, 1997, the City ofRoseville adopted Resolution No. 9464 which
<br />levied an assessment against a parcel owned by The 614 Company identified by Ramsey County

<br />WHEREAS, The 614 Company filed an appeal pursuant to Minn. Stat. §429.081.

<br />WHEREAS, the parties have now concluded a settlement by the terms of which the assessment
