MA <br />35 Mr. Schwartz and City Engineer Debra Bloom responded to specific questions <br />36 regarding the Rice Street/Ramsey County project delays due to project funding <br />37 and preferred pathway locations as the project proceeds; Phase II of the Fairview <br />38 Pathway Project defined; and safety concerns of several heavily - trafficked <br />39 intersections for pedestrian traffic and possible resolution. <br />40 <br />41 Mr. Schwartz advised that the City Council recently adopted the Neighborhood <br />42 Traffic Management Policy as recommended by the Public Works, Environment, <br />43 and Transportation Commission ( PWETC), and that they had asked that he relay <br />44 their appreciation to the PWETC for their valuable work on this policy. <br />45 <br />Page 2 of 16 <br />
