EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of January, 1998, at p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall and the <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9503 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR 1998 <br />to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels <br />by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />AND WHEREAS, during the year, numerous requests to apportion the original assessments on <br />AND WHEREAS, it would be more expedient to allow the Public Works Director or his assigned <br />approves all apportionment prepared by city staff when requested, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby authorize the Public <br />Works Director or his assigned personnel to make the apportionment of original assessment <br />against all of the requested properties for the year of 1998. <br />The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this <br />resolution and to the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />
