EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of January, <br />1998, at p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9504 <br />RESOLUTION ON DESIGNATION OF BANK SIGNATORIES <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the following persons be designated official signatories for the City of Roseville for 1998: <br />Daniel G. Wall, Mayor <br />Steven R. Sarkozy, City Manager <br />Edward L. Burrell, Finance Director/Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
