3) Park and Recreation Renewal Program (PRRP) Projects identified from the <br /> Adopted Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Phase 1 approved maintenance projects are included <br /> in the current 20 year CIP plan for $19.025 million(2012-2015). Future phases will be identified <br /> and are projected to be implemented starting after the Phase 1 projects are completed in 2015. <br /> Possible components identified in concept plans from the Master Plan include the following: <br /> • Additional fields and upgrades to Autumn Grove Park <br /> • Environmental Center and land acquisition at current HANC site <br /> • Upgrades to Villa Park including adventure recreation facilities <br /> • Upgrades to Oasis Park including expansion of the community gardens and development <br /> of an arts based facility <br /> • Possible relocation and upgrades to current softball field complex <br /> • Replacement of Cedarholm GC Clubhouse and Maintenance facilities <br /> • Community Center <br /> • Expansion of the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum <br /> • Additional recreational use water features <br /> • Completion of the "Constellation" and City wide pathway system <br /> • Natural resource restoration <br /> 4) Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Major replacement items that can be scheduled and <br /> budgeted for knowing an average "Life Cycle" for individual components i.e. steel roofing <br /> systems should last 30 years, shingle roofing systems 15 years, crack seal on court areas 6 years: <br /> • HVAC Upgrades <br /> • Tennis court crack seal and rebuild <br /> • Fencing upgrades <br /> • Athletic field upgrades <br /> • Athletic field rebuilds <br /> • Roofing system replacements <br /> • Building replacements <br /> • Play area replacements <br />
