They're not interested in <br />communications :reading Roseville City News about water <br />purity or utility services <br />Need for elderly care <br />watch program in <br />Roseville with aging <br />population (i.e., block <br />nurse program similar to <br />one in St. Paul) <br />• Some aging neighbors in one person's <br />complex are found yelling for help in <br />their apartments /condos but no one <br />is on call to respond. (She's a nurse <br />so she's responded, but see this need <br />in Roseville.) Need some <br />communication system to know that <br />everyone's OK. <br />• Another person said they have a <br />volunteer "care committee" in their <br />complex.
