EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of January, <br />1998, at p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9505 <br />RESOLUTION ON DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the following banks be designated official depositories for the City of Roseville for 1998. <br /> Bank of Roseville <br />Mid-American National Bank <br />North Star Bank <br /> Bank <br />Premier Bank <br />Roseville Community Bank <br />St. Anthony Park State Bank <br />TCF National Bank <br />First Bank <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
