Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: September 25, 2012 Item No: 4 <br />Item Description: Communication Items <br />Projects update - <br />o Josephine Woods— The public improvements are all complete with the exception <br />of the wear course and two short segments of sidewalk along County Road C -2. <br />We anticipate that this work will be completed this fall. <br />• Josephine Lift Station — The City's contractor, Minger Construction, is waiting for <br />Xcel and Century Link to finish up their private utility work. Once this work is <br />complete, they will begin the lift station construction work. Right now, it is <br />anticipated that work will begin the week of 9/24/12. <br />• Rice Street Reconstruction Phase 2- The project has been delayed to at least 2016 <br />due to MnDOT's proposed work on 35E from 2013 -2015. Ramsey county will <br />continue to work on ROW needs and project development. <br />• 2012 Pavement Management Project- Work on this project is substantially <br />complete. <br />• Fairview Pathway, Phase I- Work on this project is substantially complete. <br />• Fairview Pathway, Phase 2- Construction has started on the pathway work on <br />Fairview between County Road B -2 and County Road B. The project is expected <br />to be complete by October 26. <br />• Skillman Drainage improvements- <br />• Waterman lining project- this project is currently out for bids. <br />• Staff is working on the following projects: <br />• County Road D Reconstruction <br />• 2013 Pavement Management Project <br />• County Road B -2 Pathway Construction <br />Maintenance Activity <br />0 3`d Street Sweeping citywide completed <br />o Sidewalk reconstructed on Fairview Ave. from Oakcrest to Co. Rd. C <br />• Preventative Maintenance surface treatments on trails and parking lots completed <br />• Cracksealing and patching completed for next season's sealcoat areas <br />Attachments: <br />A.
