AttachmentB EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City 2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 24th day of September, 32012, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. 4 5The following members were present: and the following were absent: . 6 7Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 8 RESOLUTION No. 9 10 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING 11 2012 ASSESSMENTS FOR CITY PROJECT P-ST-SW-11-02: 12 DALE STREET RECONSTRUCTION, BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD C AND 13 SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD 14 15 16WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met 17and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for City Project P-ST- 18SW-11-02: Dale Street Reconstruction, between County Road C and South Owasso 19Boulevard; 20 21BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 22 231.The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for City Project 24ST-SW-11-02 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has 25been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in 26accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and 27notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would 28meet to hear, consider, and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed 29assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an 30opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, 31to such proposed assessments. 322.This Council, having heard and considered all objections so presented, and being fully 33advised in the premises, finds that each of the lots, pieces, and parcels of land 34enumerated in the proposed assessment was and is specifically benefited by the 35construction of said improvement in not less than the amount of the assessment set 36opposite the description of each such lot, piece, and parcel of land, respectively, and 37such amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces and 38parcels of land therein.
