ReguIsr City Council Meeting <br />DRAFI' Minutes of Manday, June 18, 2007 <br />Page 36 <br />1 <br />2 Mayor Klausing sought clarification from staff on the timeline for <br />3 submission of the materials from the applicant to staff, to the City's <br />4 traffic consultant, and ultimately to the City Council. <br />5 <br />6 Mr. Stark advised that staff needed to get all Council packet materials <br />7 to the Ciiy Administration by July 18�'; suggesting that the applicant <br />S needed to get the information to staff by 3uly 11�` at the latest to a11ow <br />9 adequate review time by staff and their consultants, as long as that in- <br />10 formation proved consistent with the requested scope. <br />11 <br />12 Councilmember �hlan apined thai there appeared to be considerable <br />13 miscommunication between staff and the applicant, leading to the <br />14 confusion. <br />15 <br />16 Mr. Stark displayed a copy of the City Engineer's most recent e-mail <br />17 to the applicant reiterating the consistent scope of the information re- <br />1 S quested by Planning and Engineering staffs. <br />L9 <br />20 Ms. Bloom clarified that the e-maii was sent following her discussion <br />21 with Mr. Paschke, and that �1ie e-mail simply detailed his previous <br />22 conversations andlor conespondence with the appl�cant, and did not <br />23 change in scope at all. <br />24 <br />25 Roe moved, Pust seconded, tab�ing action until 3uly 23, 2007, on the <br />26 request of Cent Ventures and AmWest Development LLC (in coop- <br />27 eration with John Mueller property owner representative) for a PRE- <br />28 LIMIN,ARY PLAT, REZ4NING, AND GFNERAL CONCEPT <br />29 PLANNED UNTT DEVELOPMENT, to redevelop the Xtra Lease <br />30 trucking site, 2700 Cleveland Avenue, inio a hotel and restaurant <br />31 (PF07-021). <br />32 Roll Cail <br />33 Ayes: Kough; Pust; Ih1an; Roe and Klausing. <br />34 Nays: None. <br />35 <br />36 The applicant was strongly encouraged by Councilmembers to pro- <br />37 vide the information previously requested, in accoxdance with the <br />38 scope requested by staff, to staff at their earliest convenience fo ensure <br />39 staff adequate time to review, analyze and make recommendation to <br />
