EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on the twelfth day of January, 1998, at p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall, and the following members were absent: none. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9509 RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR LAND ASSESSED FOR ROSEVILLE IMP. NO. SS-84-04 RE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: The City of Roseville on August 26, 1984 levied a special assessment against the following property for Improvement No. SS-84-04 by Resolution No. 7791, and by Resolution 7790, said assessment was deferred. PIN 79-01400-010-38 The City Council of the City of Roseville has determined that the above parcel of land has been sold to the City and the assessment is abated and cancelled. All other portions of Resolutions Nos. 7790 and 7791 shall remain in force and effect unless specifically amended or inconsistent with this Resolution. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall, and the following voted against the same: none.
