EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of January, 1998, at o’clock <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall and the following were <br />RESOLUTION 9513 <br />Final Payment and Acceptance for Twin Lakes Regional Pond Project 14 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, F.M. Frattalone Excavating and <br />Grading, Inc. St. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />with Project ST-96-14-Twin Lakes Regina1 Pond Project, consisting of construction of a <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved with the conditions of a one-year maintenance bond to be provided by F.M. <br />Frattalone Excavating and Grading, Inc.; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br />order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor’s receipt in full. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mastel, <br />Maschka, Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />
