AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />1 <br />OF THE <br />2 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br />7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />8 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the day of , 20 , <br />9 at 6:00 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 The following members were present: <br />12 <br />13 and the following were absent: . <br />14 <br />15 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />16 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br />Twin Lakes Environmental Review Policy <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville adopted the Twin Lakes Business Park Final AUAR <br />23 Update on October 15, 2007; and <br />24 <br />25 WHEREAS, Chapter 4410 (Environmental Review) of the Minnesota Administrative <br />26 Rules require that an AUAR be updated every five years; and <br />27 <br />28 WHEREAS, The City of Roseville desires that the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area is <br />29 subject to environmental review, documentation, and mitigation; and <br />30 <br />31 WHEREAS, The City of Roseville desires to establish a policy the will ensure that <br />32 continual environmental oversight covers the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />33 Area. <br />34 <br />35 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that <br />36 <br /> <br />37 1)It is the stated policy of the City of Roseville that the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />38 Area is subject to an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) environmental <br />39 study as defined in Chapter 4410 (Environmental Review ) of the Minnesota <br />40 Administrative Rules. <br />41 <br /> <br />42 2)If an AUAR is not in place for the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area and a <br />43 proposed development exceeds the mandatory Environmental Assessment <br />44 Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) thresholds, the <br />45 developer will be required to conduct the appropriate environmental review. <br /> <br />
