� Minnesota should adopt legislation which requires pipefine companies and ali <br />other underground utility owr�ers to be members of a statewide one-cali system. <br />!n December of 1993, the Roseville Ciiy Counci! appointed a Task Force of Rosevilfe <br />residents to review the safety aspects of pipelines and pipeline terminals in the City <br />and make recommendations that would minimize the risics to its residents and the <br />general public posed by such pipelines and terminals. <br />The Task Force began its work in January of 'f 994 and has issued this report in <br />response to its charge. <br />The following Table is a listing of individuals and their a�liation to whom the <br />Task Force is indebted. Their cooperation and extra efforts played an important <br />role in making this report possible. <br />2� <br />
