NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the “Council”) of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota (the “City”), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the request by <br />Everest Development, Ltd. to withdraw the application for an amendment to the City <br />Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation of seven parcels of land <br />(addressed as 2218, 2234, 2236, and 2240 Avenue) from Medium Density <br />Residential (MR) to Limited Business (LB) is hereby accepted. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 26th day of January, 1998, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br />SEAL <br />
