The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of <br />the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement <br />estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and <br />directed to be placed on file in the of the City Manager <br />to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements <br /> 1, ST-98-06, Neighborhood 7 Storm Sewer; <br />P-98-02, Neighborhoods 7, 8, 1 29, 30, <br />and ST-98-08, Neighborhood 10 Storm Sewer <br />9, 1998, at 7: p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. and <br />the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time. place, and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the newspaper, <br />three days before the date of the hearing <br />The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements <br />P-98-02, Neighborhoods 7, 8, IO, I 29, 30, 3 1; ST-98-06, Neighborhood 7 Storm Sewer; <br />and ST-98-08, Neighborhood Storm Sewer is determined to be as stated in the foregoing <br />notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />Maschka, Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted <br />
