BUSINESS 1. Ser eant's Test. Staff rEViewed with Civil Service Commission various promotional testing companies and processes. Concerns were raised about the last P.D.I Test that had a mathematical error which effected the final positian ot the standings on the promotion 1ist. Olson requested more input from the officers and staff on hoti,r to administer the test and wha� testing pracesses to use. The commission requested staff develop a questionnaire for the officers relating to input on a propased sergeants promotion test process. Parts of the questionnaire would refer to: �) Confidence in the assessment center process. �f no�c, why not; giving specifics. 2) Con�idence in P.D.I. if not, why not; what can be changed by P.D.T. to make the officers more confident in thei.r process. The commission asked the staff to include in the questionnaire various assessment center options.
