Official Terms of Bond Sale. <br />of said Bonds and the sale thereof are <br />IIOfficial Terms of Bond Salell attached <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The terms and conditions <br />fully set forth in the <br />hereto as Exhibit Band <br /> <br />5. Official Statement.
