AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 15th day of October, <br />32012, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . <br />6 <br />7Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />8 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />9 <br />10 <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br />11 <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />12 <br />MUNICIPAL INFILTRATION/INFLOW GRANT <br />13 <br />14 <br />15WHEREAS, A SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR capital improvements in municipal <br />16wastewater collection systems to reduce the amount of inflow and infiltration to the <br />17Metropolitan Council’s sanitary sewer disposal system is available to the City, <br />18 <br />19NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />20that: <br />21 <br />22The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for the <br />23Metropolitan Council Environmental Services Municipal Infiltration/Inflow Grant for <br />24improvements to the City’s sanitary sewer infrastructure to reduce inflow and infiltration. <br />25 <br />26The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />27Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />28thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />29 <br />30WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />
