EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 9, 1998, at <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the following <br />were absent: Wiski <br />RESOLUTION 9519 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT P-98-02, NEIGHBORHOODS 29 AND 3 1 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 26, 1998, <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 9, 1998, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br />curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on <br />all that property abutting: <br />P-98-02-29 Street, Sextant Avenue to Brooks Avenue <br />Sextant Avenue, Street to Lexington Avenue <br />Transit Avenue, Street to Lexington Avenue <br />Brooks Avenue, Street to Lexington Avenue <br />Churchill Street, Brooks Avenue to cul-de-sac <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at and <br /> in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />
