EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 9, 1998, at <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the following <br />were absent: Wiski <br />RESOLUTION 9520 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT P-98-02, NEIGHBORHOODS 7 AND 8 <br />AND ST-98-06, NEIGHBORHOOD 7 STORM SEWER <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 26, 1998, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-98-02, Neighborhoods 7 and 8, and ST-98-06, <br />Neighborhood 7 Storm Sewer; and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 9, 1998, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br />P-98-02, Neighborhoods 7 and 8, and ST-98-06, Neighborhood 7 Storm Sewer consisting of the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage <br />facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: <br />P-98-02-07Shorewood Lane, Lydia Avenue to Wheeler Street <br />All those lots abutting Shorewood Lane from Lydia Avenue to <br />Wheeler Street, Wheeler Street from Lydia Avenue to County Road <br />D, and County Road D from Wheeler Street westerly 250 feet. <br />P-98-02-08Maple Lane, Avenue to Wheeler Street <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at and <br />file in the of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />
