EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 9, 1998, at <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall and the following <br />were absent: Wiski <br />RESOLUTION 952 1 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT P-98-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 11 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 26, 1998, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-98-02, Neighborhood 11; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 9, 1998, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br />gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that <br />Arona Street, County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue <br />Simpson Street, County Road C-2 to Brenner Avenue <br />Pascal Street, Lydia Avenue to Brenner Avenue <br />Albert Street, County Road C-2 to Avenue <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at and <br />file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />
