Serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters involving any ethics code <br />448 adopted by the City Council. <br />449 B. Administer any ethics code adopted by the City Council. <br />450 C. Perform other duties and functions or conduct studies as specifically directed or delegated <br />451 by the City Council.
