EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota duly held on the 23rd day of February, The following memberswere present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9524 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1997 BUDGET FOR WAGE AND SALARIES, UNANTICIPATED EXPENSES, CARRY-OVER DEFICITS AND THE TRANSFERRING OF FUNDS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The 1997 budget be amended as set out below: Amendment Number One 9,000 From Contingent to Legal Services From Contingent to General Fund From Contingent to Recreation From Contingent to Central Services From Contingent to Finance Department From Contingent to Public Works From Contingent to Street Department From Contingent to Street Lighting From Contingent to Building Maintenance From Contingent to Police Department Total amendment Amendment Number 2 Community Development Fund Balance Community Development Expenses Construction Reserve Fund Interest Recreation Funds Parks and Recreation Facilities Funds Park Dedication Fund The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
