(Exception: if schedules are done, then refund"B" applies.) B. 20 days prior to the manager's meeting, or if there is no manager's meeting then 10 days prior to the start of the league, the refund is the team fee minus 10% administration fee, plus $10 if a replacement team is not found. C.
