Project Goals, Outcomes, Activities (Implementation Plan): <br />The goal of this project is to facilitate and promote aging in p <br />education and home modification services to older adults in the <br />and Roseville neighborhoods of the Twin Cities. <br />Project objectives include the following: <br />1.To provide a home safety assessment, modification recommendation <br />implementation of minor modifications (up to $500) for 25households in each of the two <br />cities each year. <br />2.To train up to five city staff at St. Anthony Village and Rosevi <br />Housing Resource Centers on universal design, aging in place and <br />adults. <br />Access Solutions staff will conduct a thorough home access asses <br />determine how they function in their home.
