Adopt Multi-Agency Law Enforcement Agreement — Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (MICAC) Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11016 (At- tachment A) entitled, "City of Roseville Participation in the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program (MICAC);" entering into the Multi-Agency Law Enforcement Joint Powers Agreement with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension ((Attachment B). Adopt PERA Resolution for Part-Tim Firefighters Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11017 (At- tachment A) entitled, "Part-Time Firefighter PERA Declaration;" accepting the following as members of the Public Employees Police and Fire Plan effective the date of the employee's initial Police and Fire Plan salary deduction by the City of Roseville: David Doucot; Tom Fehrenbach; John Huber; Thomas Alex- ander; Gretchen Johnson; Jody Kelting; Nick Krueger; Tom Liberkowski; Tom Martinez; Patrick McKee; Erin Stone; and Peter Tierney.
