EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul ar meeting of the City Council of the City 1 <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the19 th day of November, 2 <br />2012, at 6:00 p.m. 3 <br /> 4 <br />The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: . 5 <br /> 6 <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 7 <br /> 8 <br />RESOLUTION No. 9 <br /> 10 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING 11 <br />PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT 12 <br />FOR 3040 HAMLINE AVENUE UTILITIES 13 <br /> 14 <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the construction of public sanitary sewer and 15 <br />public watermain to serve the two residential lots north of 3040 Hamline Avenue, filed 16 <br />with the council November 19, 2012, , is hereby declared to be signed by the required 17 <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in 18 <br />conformity to Minn. Stat. § 429.035.; and 19 <br /> 20 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the C ity Council of the City of Roseville, 21 <br />Minnesota as follows: 22 <br /> 23 <br />The petition for proposed Improvement No. 13-10 is hereby referred to the City 24 <br />Engineer and that person is instructed to report to the council with all convenient 25 <br />speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed 26 <br />improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be 27 <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost 28 <br />of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to 29 <br />calculate individual assessments for affected parcels 30 <br /> 31 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member 32 <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and 33 <br />the following voted against the same: 34 <br /> 35 <br />WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 36
