EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None Council Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.9533 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR FARRINGTON PROPERTIES, INC. (DALE JOEL) REQUEST FOR REZONING AT 2485 FAIRVIEW A VENUE NORTH WHEREAS, Farrington Properties, Inc. (Dale Joel) has requested rezoning of a 1.8 acre parcel from I-I Light Industrial to B-3 General Business at 2485 Fairview Avenue North (PF2989); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on March 11, 1998, and made a recommendation regarding the request; and WHEREAS, City Council action on this request was scheduled for March 23, 1998; and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that City Council action on the request be deferred until April 27, 1998. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Farrington Properties, Inc. for rezoning of a 1.8 acre parcel from I-I Light Industrial to B-3 General Business, be extended for 60 days, from April 10. 1998. to June 9. 1998. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke and Wall and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
